tapestryOS, developed by Anzytron, LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your tapestryOS account and the data associated with it.
Open Account Settings in the tapestryOS app and tap Delete Account. You’ll be asked to confirm — deletion happens immediately once confirmed.
If you can’t access the app (for example, you no longer have the device, or you’re a school admin managing your account from the web), email us instead:
The two paths behave differently: in-app deletion is immediate, while an emailed request keeps the 30 days manual turnaround above.
Once deletion is processed, we permanently delete:
Your submitted volunteer hours and event consent / permission- slip records are de-identified — your name is detached from your account — but the record itself (hours amount and status, or consent/signature details, including any child name you typed) may be retained where needed to resolve a school’s compliance or liability determination, for as long as needed for that purpose.
Everything else above is deleted immediately and permanently once processed — there is no recovery window afterward.
A record that an account existed and was removed is kept in our internal audit log for security and operational history, but it no longer identifies you — the entry linking that record to your account is cleared as part of deletion. The only other data retained is the de-identified hours/consent records described above, where applicable.
If you are a school admin or organization representative, deleting your account does not delete events or other content your school has published — those remain part of your school’s records, with authorship no longer attributed to you. If you’d like your school’s entire account closed instead of an individual account, mention that in your request.
For anything else about your data, see our Privacy Policy, or contact us at info@anzytron.com.
